![]() As part of the Water Education program, schools that hold an assembly will receive three water education videos and coordinating lesson plans. These videos are meant to further the students understanding and knowledge of local and state water supplies. ![]() This video, produced by and starring Huell Howser, explores the unique California water system. Huell focuses on how water is moved and stored along the California Aqueduct. This video and lesson plan has been designed for use in grades four through six. ![]() This video, produced by and starring Huell Howser, looks at how groundwater basins play a critical role in meeting California’s water needs. Huell visits the Kern Water Bank Authority where groundwater basins are used to replenish groundwater levels and store water for future use.
